Tom Morton is a New York-based strategy consultant who specializes in creating bigger futures for technology, media and creative-powered businesses and brands.


Through Narratory Capital, Tom has helped innovative companies including Virgin Galactic, Zip, D&AD and M&C Saatchi Group to define new market positionings, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies, based on their forward-facing strengths and the new worlds they operate in.


Previously, Tom was global chief strategy officer at R/GA. During his eight years with the company, R/GA was recognized as Campaign’s global digital agency of the year and #2 on Ad Age’s creative A-List, while Tom was shortlisted as Ad Age’s chief strategy officer of the year. 


Tom is a regular keynote speaker at Cannes Lions and Web Summit, exploring topics such as building brands as operating systems, humanizing web3, and new growth patterns for digital brands.


Tom’s commitment to marketing’s commercial impact includes authoring multiple Gold Effie and IPA Effectiveness entries, judging the Effies, the IPA awards and the Cannes Lions for Creative Strategy.

Tom is an investor in generative AI creativity platform springboards.ai, and a former advisory board member of Wharton Business School’s Future of Advertising Program.
